1. What NestWork Is
NestWork is an operator partnership platform operated by cc2pay LLC. NestWork connects independent resale operators with sourced inventory. NestWork is not an employer. Operators are independent contractors, not employees.
2. No Income Guarantee
cc2pay LLC makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty regarding income. Any figures referenced on this site or in operator materials are illustrative only, not projections of individual results. Results depend on individual effort, product mix, market conditions, and factors outside cc2pay's control.
3. Operator Responsibilities
By becoming a NestWork operator, you agree to:
- Follow NestWork process documentation as a guide, not a guarantee of results
- Maintain your own eBay seller account in good standing
- Comply with eBay's Terms of Service and Money Back Guarantee policies
- Handle your own federal, state, and local tax obligations on your share of proceeds
- Register for state sales tax collection where required (see Disclaimer for marketplace facilitator note)
- Provide your own customer service, returns handling, and order fulfillment
4. Revenue Structure
cc2pay sources and funds inventory. Gross proceeds from sales first reimburse cc2pay's inventory cost; net proceeds are split per the Authorized Reseller Agreement between operator and cc2pay LLC.
5. Independent Contractor Status
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship. Operators control their own hours, methods, and business operations subject only to the Reseller Agreement.
6. No Warranty
The platform, process documentation, and any tools provided are offered "as is" without warranty of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability
cc2pay LLC's total liability under these Terms shall not exceed amounts paid to the operator by cc2pay in the 12 months preceding any claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the operator relationship with 30 days' written notice, without penalty, per the Authorized Reseller Agreement.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
